By signing up to HostWoot you promise to abide by these HostWoot laws (simple TOS):

1. No Illegal use
2. No Threatening Material
3. No Fraudulent Content
4. No Forgery or Impersonation
5. No Unsolicited Content
6. No Proxy Hosting
7. No Copyright Infringements
8. No Warez of ANY type, this includes linking and discussing them!
9. No Collection of Private Data (Unless DPA Registered)
10. No Viruses
11. No IRC Networks (Including all IRC Material)
12. No Peer to Peer software 
13. No Hate or Harassment sites
14. No Phishing sites
15. No Nulled scripts or discussing about them("i was testing it out" is not good enough. No nulled scripts PERIOD!)
16. No Nazi forward organizations
17. No Racism
18. No Child pornography or gore
19. No Adult Content
20. No Rapidleech & Torrentflux or similar scripts that harm the server
21. No Illegal "black hat" hacking, and anything that may be deemed illegal by the U.S and Canadian government
22. No custom programs are allowed. (sftp servers, irc servers, irc bots)
23. I understand that i am responsible for all the accounts under my reseller and it is my duty to make sure they are complying with HostWoot's TOS.
24. I understand that HostWoot is not a data storage area
25. I will listen to what HostWoot staff tell me, the staff have the final decision
26. If my account was suspended and I contacted HostWoot AFTER 14 days I accept that I will be charged
27. I may not start a company where we hand out free hosting. (P2H is fine, Paid is fine)
28. I will use my common sense. (eg, can I use all your servers resources?)
29. I will abide by the AUP
30. I understand that if I break ANY of these rules I must pay a unsuspend fee or be terminated.
31. I understand HostWoot staff reserve the right to suspend/terminate me for whatever they think is necessary.

HostWoot reserves the right to add, delete, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
