Following the dirty stunt Akagi pulled, the game of Mahjong has turned into a sudden death with players left with only 10% of the points. With Ichikawa now using any means to achieve victory, Akagi must now turn the match in his favour but whose side will luck be on tonight?

Casshern visits a dilapidated factory, with an incomplete high tower atop it. There he meets Lizabel, a former worker-robot who uses other robots as parts for her tower. Her wish is to place a giant bell at the top of the tower and, by ringing it, remind anyone who hears it that the world is still beautiful. She is entranced by Casshern's unruined body and tries to melt him down to make her bell, but fails. In the end, Lizabel is forced to create a bell that sounded horribly when struck, thus the robots who heard it got annoyed by the sound and assaulted her, nearly destroying her tower in the process.

"Jikaku" (自覚)

The two twin foreigners come to the school in disguise as exchange students. While several other students fall for them, Chinami starts to realize feelings of her own for Kotaro.

Ciel and all of his servants visit a village haunted by a demon dog to get rid of that dog.

Michiko is approached by Bruno, a charming man who insists to flirt with her even after she finds that he is married. Her growing interest on him ends up putting a strain in her relationship with Hatchin.
